Vinícius Ferrão cce94c1a18 chore(xcat-dep): remove the unused gPXE and 2010 iPXE source trees (#83) 
No build script, manifest or test uses gpxe/, the gPXE 0.9.7 to 1.0.1
sources and patches, or ipxe/, an iPXE snapshot from 2010. No published
package comes from them. The xNBA builds take their source from xnba/,
and ipxe-xcat repackages the iPXE release from ipxe-xcat/.
