test(zvm): cover the continued COMMAND statement

Browse Source 
Drive redact_directory_entry with a password on a continued COMMAND
record, in both spellings. Pin the records that do not end the
continuation: a sequence number, a blank record, a comment, and a record
that reads as another directory statement.
