test(xCAT-test): cover the nodediscover default netboot ladder
Exercise _default_netboot() with the database-backed modules stubbed: riscv64 defaults to grub2 and keeps any grub2 variant, the x86, PowerNV, ppc, onie and aarch64 outcomes are unchanged, and undefined inputs do not warn.
