Jarrod Johnson c3138c5877 Add machyp back to netdev settings. 
Ideally, I wouldn't do this as it is absolutely redundant with mac:hexhyp and
the code is a little more cluttered by accepting 'machyp'.  However, the
xCAT code transitioning between old and new syntax will be unclean,
since ttttthe gPXE variant can't do mac:hexhyp (though I thought it should've).
