Jarrod Johnson da83354a97 Fix pyghmicons script crash on idle

After 10 minutes of idle, the wrong exception was caught.  Correct
it to correctly handle errno 11

This is a pure python implementation of IPMI protocol.

pyghmicons and pyghmiutil are example scripts to show how one may incorporate
this library into python code
