Jarrod Johnson c60b684d23 Implement FRU inventory

Implement parsing of FRU data.  This phase omits Multirecord
area.  Provide access to either just the names or names
and extended information.

This is a pure python implementation of IPMI protocol.

pyghmicons and pyghmiutil are example scripts to show how one may incorporate
this library into python code
