Jarrod Johnson c1f6cacd95 Tolerate missing UUID

Some Thinkservers may be missing the UUID field.  Tolerate
this scenario gracefully.

This is a pure python implementation of IPMI protocol.

pyghmicons and pyghmiutil are example scripts to show how one may incorporate
this library into python code
