Jarrod Johnson 709e35c103 Add OEM sensors for Lenovo Nextscale

Nextscale Fan/Power Controllers have several data
sources that would normally be considered 'sensors',
but are implemented through proprietary commands.
Extend the sensors data from these sources.

This is a pure python implementation of IPMI protocol.

pyghmicons and pyghmiutil are example scripts to show how one may incorporate
this library into python code
