Jarrod Johnson 4b72e8e769 Silently ignore broken sensors rather than error

Rather than break on bad sensor data from a vendor,
delete the records that are likely to have bad data.

This is a pure python implementation of IPMI protocol.

pyghmicons and pyghmiutil are example scripts to show how one may incorporate
this library into python code
