Jarrod Johnson 249ea5dda2 Handle unknown entity ids

Vendors can do other entitiy ids.  Have a catch all
that provides the raw value in case there
is no better lookup for the number.

This is a pure python implementation of IPMI protocol.

pyghmicons and pyghmiutil are example scripts to show how one may incorporate
this library into python code
