Jarrod Johnson 2115ed5c3b Break session objects on keepalive failures

If the keepalive fails, it was causing the library to spin
on expired keepalive attempts.  Call mark_broken in order to
avoid that spinning.

This is a pure python implementation of IPMI protocol.

ipmictl.py is a sample application to roughly show the most simple approach to
invoking the library.
