Billy Olsen cd5c8c26eb Import exceptions module instead of exception (#722 )

A missing 's' on importing the zaza.openstack.utilities.exceptions in
the octavia tests are causing gate tests to fail. This fixes the import
to point at the right module.

Fixes #721

Zaza OpenStack Tests

This is a test library designed to be shared between the OpenStack Charms to improve code-reuse among the various components.

Usage

This example is taken from the pacemaker-remote charm's tests.yaml:
