Aurelien Lourot 797e505f84 Add connection timeout to CirrOS image download (#604 )

Without this timeout it has been observed that Zaza
may hang forever on open(). It is better to fail
faster and save time and resources.

Zaza OpenStack Tests

This is a test library designed to be shared between the OpenStack Charms to improve code-reuse among the various components.

Usage

This example is taken from the pacemaker-remote charm's tests.yaml:
