We're more likely to time out while waiting for the
action's result if we launch an action while the
model is still executing. Thus it's safer to wait
for the model to settle between actions.

Zaza OpenStack Tests

This is a test library designed to be shared between the OpenStack Charms to improve code-reuse among the various components.

Usage

This example is taken from the pacemaker-remote charm's tests.yaml:
