Ionut Balutoiu 0315ca680e Add test for Glance with Ceph RGW backend

This test shall be used for Glance testing bundles with Ceph
deployed, and multi-backend enabled.

It validates that images can be stored using the Ceph RGW (via
the OpenStack Swift API).

Zaza OpenStack Tests

This is a test library designed to be shared between the OpenStack Charms to improve code-reuse among the various components.

Usage

This example is taken from the pacemaker-remote charm's tests.yaml:
