wanghuaz 41047d9c4b remind the user to call rcons before rnetboot/getmacs. This is a short term workaround. We will add one option to rcons to optionally take the write privilege of the console

wanghuaz a74afcdbbf Updated two places in doc:1. waining the user to shutdown the node before getmacs/rnetboot, since hmc annot shutdown the linux nodes correctly. 2. tell the user that conserver is a MUST to be configured because getmacs/rnetboot depend on it
