Vinícius Ferrão fae705d969 fix(probe): recognize the upstream loader download ...

osdeploy marked a node as loading its boot loader only when it fetched a
file under xcat/xnba, the POWER grub2 image, or yaboot. A node on the
upstream loader fetches xcat/ipxe/..., so osdeploy missed that stage.

Move the match into probe_utils and add xcat/ipxe/.
