For each loader file that a TFTP tree can hold, the check accepts an xnba node or an ipxe node when that file can SAN-boot it: undionly.kpxe in the root for both, xnba.kpxe for xnba, and the upstream BIOS loader for ipxe. The upstream UEFI loader alone is not enough.
