Describe how genimage, nodeset, the listener and the booting node work together, the supported images, the cases that nodeset refuses, and what a transfer trusts. Describe the listener setup, the firewall and multicast requirements, service nodes, and the transfer rate and jumbo frame settings. Add the rootimgtransport attributes of the site and the osimage to the reference pages.
