genesis_base_deb_arch.t stopped with a die when debuild-xcat-genesis-base was absent, because a checkout without the converter has no deb rename to measure. The BATS file skipped there instead, and a skip reads green. setup() now asserts the script is readable. Signed-off-by: Daniel Hilst <392820+dhilst@users.noreply.github.com>
