Point EL10 clone distro symlinks to rhels10 instead of rhels9
...
Update all alma10, ol10, and rocky10 netboot symlinks to reference
the new rhels10 base files. Fixes service otherpkgs pointing to
wrong xcat-dep path (rh9 instead of rh10).
