wanghuaz 0f8013ad74 1. add one note in IB configuration that for diskless installation, user needs to add perl packages. 2. add one note in HW management doc to remind user updating the DNS or /etc/hosts before running makedhcp if they use DNS or /etc/hosts to store the HW IPs.
