Jarrod Johnson 6ebb6de107 Allow specifiying SNMP privacy protocol
Modern SNMP devices may require AES.

Unfortunately, older ones may refuse AES.

For compatibility, continue to default to DES, but
allow AES to be indicated in attributes.
