Fix SC2045 (error): Iterating over ls output is fragile. Use globs.

Add exception SC2068 exception for confluent_client/confluent_env.sh as this is intended.
SC2068 (error): Double quote array expansions to avoid re-splitting elements.

Jarrod Johnson 305a3a06d2 Ensure $HOME is set during firstboot 
systemd tends not to set environment variables.  However some firstboot
scripts generally expect $HOME to be correct.
