This reverts commit a494e9d8ab.

config changes don't match Kconfig and are not compiled in.
perflock looks fine, to be confirmed.

Markinus 62bfba1cd7 htcleo: add fix memory parts for pmem and adsp 
Now we have 424 MB Ram
Without this, it wasn't possible to init the pmem memory
Graphic is faster but still graphic errors
