Subject: [PATCH] Fix issue 2192673: Music Pausing Even when notifications are
 set to silent.

If a stream cannot be muted (ENFORCED_AUDIBLE stream in some countries), make sure that getStreamVolumeIndex()
returns the actual stream volume.
